These terms apply to visitors, clients, and users engaging with NJ Computing Solutions online or through direct service agreements.

This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature. It is published in accordance with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the domain njcs.in (“Website”), including any related mobile site and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging NJ Computing Solutions for products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable project proposals, statements of work, or service agreements. The Platform is owned and operated by NJ Computing Solutions, with its registered office at Bapulapadu, Hanuman Junction, Nuzvid–Gudivada Road, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh – 521110 (referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By mere use of the Platform, you are contracting with the Platform Owner, and these Terms constitute your binding obligations.
2. Services Provided
NJ Computing Solutions provides IT and computing services including hardware sales, maintenance, structured networking, firewall and surveillance setup, software development, ERP modules, website services, domain registration support, software licensing, cloud email hosting, and Google Workspace deployment.
3. Quotes, Orders, and Payment
All quotations are subject to change unless otherwise stated in writing. Orders may require advance payment, deposit, or milestone billing depending on the scope of work. Payment terms, due dates, and any recurring charges will be defined in the applicable invoice or service agreement. Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy and Returns Policy.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely approvals, access to relevant systems, and any third-party credentials necessary for service delivery. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information to us, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through your account on the Platform. Delays caused by missing information or restricted access may affect timelines and delivery commitments.
5. Software, Domains, and Licensing
Third-party software, domain registrations, hosting products, and reseller services are subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers. NJ Computing Solutions does not grant ownership rights beyond the licenses or subscriptions purchased and managed on the client’s behalf. The contents of the Platform and our services, including design, layout, look, and graphics, are proprietary to us, and you shall not claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in them.
6. Warranty and Support Limitations
Hardware and software products may carry manufacturer or vendor warranties where applicable. Unless explicitly stated in a written support agreement, NJ Computing Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete compatibility with all third-party systems, or permanent prevention of security incidents. Neither we nor any third parties warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of information provided on this website or through our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NJ Computing Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from the use of its website, products, or services. In no event shall our total liability arising from your use of the services exceed the amount actually paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim, or Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100), whichever is less.
8. Acceptable Use
Clients may not use services provided by NJ Computing Solutions for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious activities. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service where misuse, non-payment, or security risk is identified. You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Platform or services may lead to action against you under these Terms and/or applicable law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NJ Computing Solutions, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or other policies, or your violation of any law, rules, or regulations, or the rights of a third party.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if such performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or failures of third-party infrastructure or service providers.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim relating to them or their enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.
